Pricing
Morning 9:00-10:30 $40
Half Day 9:00-12:00 $75
Full Day 9:00-3:00 $135
Registration Process –
1. Complete online registration form
2. $25 non-refundable deposit due within 5 days of registration
3. Balance and paperwork are due by the first day of clinic
